excellent Nov 07, 2009 dr oz & roizen make understanding the human workings of the body simplified, interesting & comical by using cartoon illustrations. if i had this book when i went to nursing school it would have made the physiology part of the body so easy. i love oprah's dr mehmet oz:)
Does it get better? Oct 24, 2009 I like Dr Oz. This book is not "him". It's boring actually. There is plenty of information on life and health. I could be better produced. Ho-humm
Very informative. Oct 12, 2009 This is a very informative book. The one thing that I did not like the style in which it was written. I did not like the comic approach to the illustrations. This is the only bad remark I would give the book.
It's a must! Oct 02, 2009 I love this topic and these Docs have done a great job of bringing the new research and good news on aging to the public. Knowing how our bodies work and why they age is a tremendous amount of knowledge. Most people don't have this knowledge. It's available. But they don't tap into it and use it. With this book, you'll know what happens to your body and what you can do to help it age with grace. Or, better yet, stop the aging process as we now know it.

stupid, boring, and a waste of time--& that's just the good points Sep 26, 2009 The keyword of the book is "cute". The occasional useful facts are buried in avalanches of cute stuff--endless witless puns, humorless facetious aside, "clever" printing (like hard-to-read white on black). The authors must either have consider themselves great wits or assumes that the readers are kindergarten kids.
I think there should be a law against such trash books.
